Vendors must comply with all legal requirements (licenses, permits, GST, etc.) in their respective category.
Users agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, prices, and stock availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Vendors must fulfill orders on time and ensure product quality.
Vendors are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, taxes, and regulations.
Any disputes between a Vendor and a User shall primarily be resolved between them.
Payments for products/services will be processed through our secure payment gateway.
24plus may charge a commission/transaction fee on each order.
Prices displayed on the App are set by Vendors, not 24plus.
Refunds or cancellations are subject to Vendor policies.
In case of disputes, 24plus may mediate but is not liable for refunds unless clearly stated.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Vendors.
24plus is not liable for delays, damages, or failed deliveries caused by Vendors or third-party delivery partners.
All content, branding, and technology of the App are owned by 24plus.
Users and Vendors may not copy, distribute, or misuse our platform content without permission.
24plus is a marketplace platform and is not the seller of goods/services.
We are not responsible for product defects, delays, damages, or any losses caused by Vendors.
Your personal data will be collected and used as per our Privacy Policy.
24plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
